To import the file with stops to create a route on your laptop, desktop, or phone, login to your Upper route planner account from the web interface. Simply go to app.upperinc.com

Once there,

1. Click on the "Import" button from the left menu
2. Click Upload or drag and drop the file
3. Match the fields  
4. Click Done
5. A quick overview of stops, add more stops manually if needed
6. Click import
7. Go the new Route created
