Delivery options can be found in the settings tab on the main app. The system gives you success + failure options upon arrival at your stops. You can select and customize the delivery options on success or failure with multiple dropdown options.  

To access these settings,

• Click on the Settings Tab

• On the settings screen, select Delivery Options and you'll come to this screen

• From there you can add delivery Options by clicking this button

• To edit an option simply click the pencil icon and you'll see this screen
